Q: What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?
A: We will always ensure that the items you receive are 100% correct, as they go through precise quality checks before they are packed. If it happens that an item received is incorrect, we recommend that you proceed with placing a return request within 14 days of receiving the order for the wrong items received.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
A: We always try to maintain a stock volume that will match the demand on our products, however, it happens sometimes that we run out of stock since some items are popular and are under high demand of orders. In such cases, we do our best to restock them as soon as we can, but there’s no guarantee that you will find these items available every time. Keep an eye on the website from time to time as the out-of-stock items will be restocked after some time.
