Q: My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?
A:
There are a few common checks to make that may help:
1- Please, ensure the card details are entered correctly
2- Card number
3- Cardholder’s name
4- CVV (three digits on the back of the card)
5- Expiry date
6- Ensure the 3D OTP is entered correctly & is not expired.
7- Ensure that you have sufficient funds on your card.

UA Gift Card Credit
Q: What is UA Gift Card Credit? How does it work?
A: Under Armour Gift Card is an electronic wallet that converts money to online credit and it is one of our payment and refund methods. When you return an item that belongs to an order that was paid by Cash on Delivery, you will receive the refund as credit in your UA Gift Card. If you paid using your credit/debit card, you can return an item and get your refund issued back on your card or your nder Armour Gift Card, all based on your choice.
Q: How long will my nder Armour Gift Card credit last for?
A: Your nder Armour Gift Card credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Once the nder Armour Gift Card credit is expired, we are unable to reinstate the credit.
Q: Where can I see my current Under Armour Gift Card?
A: Simply log in to your account, click on the profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the browser then choose “My Account”. On the left, choose “Payment Method” then your eWallet outstanding balance will show on the right side.
Q: Can I use discount coupons while paying through Under Armour Gift Card credit?
A: Yes, you can do that by adding the discount coupon code on the “Enter A Voucher or Discount Code” field and click on Add. You can reach that via the quick view box by clicking on the cart icon on the top right-hand corner after adding item to bag, or by clicking “Check Out Securely”.
Q: I cannot see the option to use my Under Armour Gift Card credit on checkout?
A: This could happen if you’re signed in as guest. Ensure you are logged in with your Under Armour account and try again.
