KSA = SAR 29
We provide free shipping to the following countries for orders exceeding a certain amount.
• Orders more than AED 199 in UAE.
• Orders more than SAR 199 in KSA.
SHIPPING CRITERIA
We ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Orders can only be shipped within the country you are shopping in. You cannot ship to anywhere outside of that country.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment. For Cash on Delivery Orders, a signature may or may not be taken.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Under Armour is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Q: What if I received a damaged item upon delivery?
A: Our team always works hard to ensure that our customers receive fully functioning products with 0% damage or defects and the best quality. In the rare case where you receive an item with a damage, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will be more than glad to sort this for you.
Q: What if I don’t want the order anymore?
A: • You can cancel your order from your account if it isn’t shipped yet & refund would be initiated.
• Refund will be as follows:
1. Credit Card, Apply Pay payments will be credited back to your credit card within 3-5 working days.
2. e-Wallet amounts will be returned back to your e-Wallet card within 48 hours.
3. MADA payment refunds take up to 4 working weeks
4. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will be refunded.
