Q: I am having issues placing an order, what do I do?

A: If you are having trouble at any stage of the process, we are happy to help! You can contact us by hitting the chat button on the website, emailing us or calling us, and we will be more than glad to assist you.

Q: How do I track my order?

A:

•    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number/AWB of the shipment.
•    You can also head to the order page under “Account” and there will be an option to track the order underneath the order.

Q: Why do I have multiple invoices for the same order that I have placed at Under Armour?

A:  For some of your orders, you may receive more than one invoice per order. This is because we may be using multiple carrier partners to get your order to you as fast as possible. 

 

Q: Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?

A: underarmour.ae is an online shopping website. All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. We offer a free return policy for (UAE/KSA/KW).

         

Q: The item I want is OUT OF STOCK. What should I do and how often do you restock?

A: We get new items daily and often restock our most popular items. Please keep an eye on our website from time to time or add the item to your wish list and check it periodically to know if it’s available, then make your purchase.

Q: How can I change my language preference?

A: You can now view our website and your account details in both Arabic and English. To change the language, if you’re already on English – click on “العربية” on the top right corner, next to the country & store locator.

Q: How can I place an order at Under Armour?

A: Kindly follow the steps below to place an order:
•    Visit us on www.underarmour.ae, select the items you like, choose the preferred size, quantity and color, then click on ‘Add to Bag’
•    Choose between ‘View Bag’ to inspect the items you would like to purchase first, and ‘Secure Checkout’ to proceed with payment, or simply click out of the prompt to continue shopping and add more items.
•    If you wish to continue as a guest, please enter your email address to proceed.
•    If you are a returning customer, please enter your Login details to proceed by clicking on “Sign In’.
•    If you are a new customer, register using Facebook, Google or your Apple account.
•    If you chose to register using your email address, enter your name, a valid phone number, email address & a delivery address to proceed.
•    Choose your desired payment method, confirm the address and go to ‘Continue to Payment’.
Please note that your order can only be delivered to the country you selected while setting your location e.g. If your location is set to UAE, we can only deliver your order within the UAE.

Q: Why do I have to verify my phone number?

A: We request verification of your phone number for the security of the account. Also, the courier will use this number to call you before delivery to ensure we deliver to the right person and on time.

Q: How do I use a promotional code?

A:

Promotional codes are added at the Checkout page.

•    Visit us at www.underarmour.ae and select the items you like, choose your preferred size and quantity, and ‘Add to Bag’.
•    Choose between ‘View Cart’, ‘Checkout’, click out of the checkout box to continue shopping if you would like to add more items or finally ‘Proceed to Payment’ to complete the order placing process.
•    If you wish to continue as a guest, simply enter your email address to proceed.
•    If you are a returning customer, simply enter your Login details to proceed.
•    If you are a new customer, register here with your contact details.
•    Choose your delivery address to proceed.
Enter the promo code in the required field and click on ‘Add’. The discount amount will be deducted from the total order value. 
Click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed to payment options. Select your delivery address and Proceed to Payment’. Select the payment method, review your order, confirm and pay.

•    Download our free Under Armour app from Google Play store for Android users or Apple Store for iOS users
•    Select the items you like, select your preferred size and quantity and ‘Add to Bag’.

•    Choose your delivery address followed by ‘Proceed to Payment’.
•    Choose your desired payment method and go to “Buy Now”. In the payment section, you can add the coupon code after selecting the mode of payment. We will take care of the rest!
 

Q: How can I get a copy of my invoice?

A: Just login to your Under Armour account from your browser, and hit the 'Print Invoice' tab next to your order to download a PDF copy. 

Q: How can I view the website in Arabic?

A: Using the mobile app: Click on ‘Account’ at the bottom right hand corner of the app, then choose “العربية” from the top right.
For website: You will find the option to change the language and country at the bottom left corner of the page.
